Confidence In Care
We work hard to match care and care workers with service users. Understanding that everyone is different, all its service provision is delivered on a person by person basis, with real and sustained relationships being forged with the service user in its care.
All service users want consistency, punctuality, and reliability and Live Well at Home is committed to providing these because it knows that:
Consistency matters because those who are vulnerable benefit from being able to develop a real relationship with those coming to care for them in their homes. So shift patterns are designed to guarantee all service users receive continuity and consistency of care.
Punctuality matters because being able to depend on, and plan around, care provision is extremely important to feeling independent.
Reliability matters because every service user should enjoy complete trust in their care worker, knowing their confidentiality is guaranteed at all times and that everything the care worker does in their own home Is in full compliance with legislation and in their best interests.
