Telecare and Telehealth equipment is linked to our Rapid Response service. The Rapid Response team respond to the sensors within the accommodation ensuring residents receive trained help when they need it, fast.

 

For just £1 a day to registered users, Rapid Response keeps residents safe, saves valuable staff time and helps you provide a more secure environment.*

 

Planned Response

Regular call outs by our Rapid Response team might mean that some residents need a Planned Response service at specific times of the day. If this is the case we can meet with them to discuss their needs and how best we can provide the appropriate care support.
