Privacy Policy

Although Live Well at Home sometimes asks you for personal information in order to understand your needs better and make our services more valuable to you, we understand and respect your concerns about privacy.

This privacy policy has been created to provide you with notice of what information we collect about you and how such information may be used or shared with third parties.  This privacy policy is subject to change and you are responsible for checking periodically to view new updates to the privacy policy.

What information do we collect? We only collect information (such as your name, email address, etc.) about you when you specifically and knowingly provide such information otherwise we do not secretly collect information about you. The information you do provide may be used to contact you if there is a revision of our services to you. We do not store any financial details (such as credit and/or debit card details) for any reason unless it is specifically requested by the customer for us to do so.

How do we use such information? We can only contact individuals without prior consent if their details are obtained through a sale or provision of a service, negotiations of a sale or service, or request for information about our services via our website, telephone conversation or face to face meeting, and we can only contact them about our own products and services, and each time there will be an opportunity to opt out. We do not share information with third parties unless specifically requested by the person to whom the information relates.

Sensitive Information We endeavour to behave respectfully and honestly with all our customers, and although we cannot control the levels of respect and honesty we are given by our customers, we do implore you to be as honest as possible about certain sensitive matters such as levels of ability and, more importantly, body weight. This can be a particularly difficult subject to raise with some people, so please be aware that we do not judge, discriminate against or make any kind of assumptions about people who may have issues with their body weight, the only reason we may enquire about body weight is to enable us to provide an individual with equipment that is appropriate to their needs, and safe for them to use. We cannot be held responsible for problems that may occur as a result of information provided being inaccurate, so please try not to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable if sensitive questions need to be asked.

We welcome all feedback from customers/enquirers with regards to their own experience of any products we sell and/or hire, whether or not the item was hired/purchased from us.

We are on the lookout for developing our own innovative products to make our mark on the mobility industry, so if there is an item you are looking for that you cannot find, if it exists, we will help you find it, if it doesn't exist, we will try to improvise or create something ourselves.
