When Help's Needed Fast
A 24 hour care service is now available for just £1 a day. When friends and neighbours can't respond, we step in. We give you a dedicated hotline number to call any time of the day or night. As soon as we receive your call we'll send a trained care-worker to your home to assist. Rapid Response can be used in conjunction with Telecare equipment or as a stand alone service.
How Rapid Response Works:
- A dedicated 24 hour hotline number to call when you need help
- A trained, CRB checked, care-worker is sent to assist immediately
- The perfect solution when neighbours or relatives are away
- Works with or without Telecare equipment
How Much Does it Cost?
£1 a day plus a call out charge. Weekly or annual subscription available.
Planned Response Service
If our Rapid Response team comes out often, then a planned response service at specific times of the day may be more appropriate to your needs.
We will sit down with you and assess your needs to ensure you receive the help you need when you're most likely to need it.
