How much do we charge?

Care Services

For all private service users we charge £16 an hour from Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.  This includes mileage and the hourly rate is charged from the moment one of our care-workers enters your home to the minute they leave. Our minimum charge is for 15 minutes of time. 

In exceptional circumstances we may have to charge mileage for a short period, for example if you live in a very rural location and a care-worker has some distance to travel.

Rapid Response

To subscribe to the Rapid Response service costs £1 a day.  If a carer is called out the charge is £25 for the first hour, reducing to £16 an hour for subsequent hours.

Personal Assistants

The Personal Assistant service is charged out at £13.50/hour Monday to Friday and £15.50/hour at weekends.  Mileage is only charged for journeys made on behalf of a service user such as a trip to the shops, the doctors or a day out. Mileage is then charged at £0.35p/mile.
